      A spell casting animation (maybe do something with it in UE4 / fireball effects realtime, etc. ? )

        I think the only FBX that goes into Cascadeur, are FBX files that have been exported from Cascadeur (not sure?).

        What I've been doing with these animations is; Create Cascadeur file > export FBX > Import into 3ds Max > add mocap to the Cascadeur rig > render, etc.
        I have not been able to get mocap into Cascadeur, -that would be excellent!

          It should be possible to get the mocap data into Cascadeur, the fbx files are just the standard fbx
          We used it saving the files in Maya and importing animation into Cascadeur, but we never tried it with 3ds Max

          Would be really cool if you gave it a try and tell us if everything is working!
