Shading artefacts with imported model

Hey Gabriel,
I've got some feedback from our experts:
It is possible that you discovered a yet unknown bug with triangulation on our side.
Could you please try to triangulate the mesh before importing it to Cascadeur?
This will most probably solve the issue.
Anyway we need to find a fix. What software did you use to make the FBX file?

Hi Tom, thanks for your help.
I'm using MakeHuman to produce the mesh and armature. I get the problem when I export the FBX from there and import it directly into Cascadeur.
I cannot reproduce the problem if I import the FBX into Blender, re-export as FBX. and bring that into Cascadeur, even with quads. (I get other problems, but that's for another day ; )
The same FBX models on which Cascadeur can't shade are properly shaded in Blender when I bring them in.
