The PointController of the weapon is linked to the hand, and the intermediate interpolation is incorrect.

Try moving your sword to a separate track and choose FK interpolation for it.

Try to choose FK for interpolation, not for keys. Or for keys AND interpolation. There are different buttons for this.

Can you please attach your scene here, so we could check it?

Ok, it turns out there was a bug with rig generation in your case. We know that it happens occasionally and are working to fix it. If you have the prototype scene it would really help us to investigate this bug!

"Prototype scene" refers to this 3dsmax file?
But I can't seem to upload, the extensions are .max and .7z,
An error was displayed while uploading the file.

No, I was referring to the fbx scene where you made your rig prototypes in Cascadeur.

Due to the many versions, the original FBX has been lost and I cannot find it. These files have been re-exported from 3dsmax. There are three files.Click image for larger version

need to change the extension .casc to .7z,
Change H11.casc to H11.7z and decompress it.
